1 General Provisions

In these Terms, "bh99e", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the bh99e website and all associated services. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person registered on or visiting this platform.

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 2 Account Registration

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be used only once and on one account.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bh99e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's own request.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, the actual cash balance will be returned after the required verification process is completed. Bonus balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
